Holidays with children

A PARADISE FOR YOUNG AND OLD

In the forest, on the beaches, in the hotel pools, encountering animals and the jungle, your children will discover an extraordinary world along with you.

Being a small country, travel times are relatively short, sanitary conditions are good, and there is a social peace that allows Costa Rican children and our young adventurers to simply play together.

Here is Léo’s testimony: “For me, Costa Rica is the country where you get bored the least! With its active volcanoes and its sea at 28°C, it’s a country of volcanoes and forests surrounded by the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans. My favorite volcano spots are Arenal because it spews lava and you can see it at night, and Poás because it is cool and its crater is magnificent.

My favorite beach spot is Manuel Antonio because the water is very warm, the waves are great for having fun, and there are plenty of very beautiful hotels.

The activities I enjoy doing at the beach are surfing, boogie boarding, and boating. In the forests and near the volcanoes, I enjoy hikes, canopy tours, and rafting in the rivers.”

In the city, there are also plenty of things to do, like visiting the Gold Museum or Inbioparque, which is a nature museum where the animals roam freely. But what I prefer is encountering monkeys when walking in nature.
