All the coffees presented are exceptional but the taste buds of the international jury are particularly looking for the “sweet” side.
coming from harvesting the right grain at the right time and the “clean” side indicating perfect work from grain to drink
and the alliance of flavors such as melon, passion fruit or chocolate.
